In bars and clubs across the country – the DJ industry continues to evolve – sparked by a popular Ipad app called algoriddim.  The app is perfectly designed for the ipad and gives the user access to all of the controls as if two turntables were directly in front of you.  Apple’s touch screen gives the user the ability to scratch, change pitch, loop, set cue points, fade and virtually every other DJ useful technique when it comes to rockin’ the 1′s and 2′s.  There will definitely be some backlash from the old school camp.  Others will jump on this and embrace the technology which continues to revolutionize not only the DJ industry but essentially every other aspect of our lives.  If you have an Ipad, love music and want to impress your friends and family during a house party – don’t hesitate to pay 9.99 for this wonderful app.  Always thought you could do better than the DJ you heard at that party or wedding you attended last weekend?  Now you can show you right!
